I wasn’t accomplishing anything and it was nearly impossible to complete the income-producing activities that my business deserved.

So instead of pitching you on my MLM company, like 99.99% of everyone else online would do, I am actually going to give you some very valuable information, then I will tell you about my primary program.  This information,  if used correctly, can land you in the best MLM company and give you a REAL chance at creating a very attractive passive income in this industry.  Before we continue, I want you to remove any preconceived notions you have had about the MLM industry and keep your mind completely open.  There are plenty of people who are 5,6 and 7 figure monthly incomes, but only because they are with the RIGHT COMPANY.  Just read this information and then at the end, you can make a decision.

So why in the world should you listen to me?  What gives me any right to speak about the MLM industry?  In case you were wondering, those are both great questions.  The reason why I am able to speak about MLM companies and the industry as a whole is because I earn a full time income from my MLM company and have been in the industry long enough to know what works and what doesn’t work.  3 years, 50+ leads per day and 5 figures per month doesn’t lie!

Before you join any MLM company there are some areas you must evaluate thoroughly.  These specific areas include:

1.  Product Demand? -  Is there a demand for the product?  When it all comes down to it, the product is either going to make or break any MLM company.  If the product is in high demand you may want to consider this company.  If the product is not in demand, run very far away!  Another consideration is your target market.  Even with an in demand product, you will want to determine if you can narrow down a market who really needs the product.  For example, a liquid nutritional product that helps with weight loss would sell like crazy if you targeted specifically weight loss enthusiasts, not just anyone you came in contact with.

2.  Payout? – Not all compensation plans are created equal.  The average payout in the MLM industry is 50%.  The specific company you are looking at may be more or less, but just make sure it is above 50%.

3.  Retention Rate? – This is very import, especially when you start to build momentum and grow your team.  A retention rate is the percentage of your downline that remain with the company, either a customer or distributor on your team.  The average retention rate is around 15%.  This is why many people struggle in MLM.  As many distributors as they can put in at the top, there is also a steady flow of people falling out at the bottom.  This is also know as the “leaking bucket effect.” In order to safeguard yourself from retention nightmares, you will want to find a company that has at least a 60% retention rate.

4.  Can You Support The Product? – One question I ask many of my coaching client is “would you sell this product to your mother?”  It’s as simple as that.  If you would not sell the company’s product to your own mother than you need to look for another MLM company.  If that doesn’t do it for you, then put it like this.  How in the world can you expect other people to purchase the product and join the business opportunity if YOU don’t even support the product?

So, you’re looking for the best MLM companies?

Well, you’re definitely not alone! It appears that many newcomers (or not) to the industry are on the lookout for a list that will help to insure them that their next business opportunity will be the right one. For some of you, this will be your first MLM. Others of you might be thinking of switching companies or taking on a second one or just poking around to see what’s out there.

Either way, it is crucial that you accept this fact. . .

There are no such things as “best MLM companies”.

Sorry to break it to you . . .but don’t lose hope. . .

This article will explain why this is true and why it is a GOOD thing. Also, you will find out what qualities you should look for in a company and what you should avoid.

First of all, no matter what company you’re considering, make sure that you are guaranteed

the right kind of network marketing training and support. What will lead you to success is not a particular MLM. Instead, it is your belief in yourself and the high-quality training and support you receive and how duplicatable the particular company’s marketing system is. How successful is your future upline and how easily can you do what they are doing to bring success in your direction? Find a company that can show you a plan right upfront. The plan must work for both you and the people under you – it should be easy to understand and follow.

With that said, there are some things to look for and some things to avoid as you are looking into your next MLM company.

The 5 Fallacies of What Constitutes Best MLM Companies And the Reality Behind Them. . .

Fallacy Number 1: You should base your decision about joining an MLM Company soley on the compensation plan offered.

The Truth: While the Compensation Plan is definitely something to evaluate, it shouldn’t be the most important factor in making a decision about which MLM company to join. You can be successful in any Network Marketing company with any compensation plan if you have the right tools and marketing system. The Compensation plan should be team-focused and hopefully, but not necessarily, simple.

Fallacy Number 2: The best MLM companies are the ones where the upline says they will do your work for you.

The Truth: You want to make sure that your upline has a system that will work for you and all the tools and resources if you need them. But you should be 100% involved in all your marketing efforts – Don’t let anyone do the things that you need to learn. That’s how you will be viewed as a leader and leaders are the ones who prosper in this industry.

Fallacy Number 3: Getting in at the start of a new Network Marketing company is a plus. That’s how you can really make the most money.

The Truth: Be extra cautious when it comes to new Network Marketing companies – They are the most likely to encounter lots of problems and even go under pretty quickly. A good rule of thumb as far as stability is concerned is going with a company that has been around for at least 5 years. You can start with a company that’s been around for 50 years and be incredibly successful if you make sure the rest of these criteria are in place.

Fallacy Number 4: The Company has a great product that sells itself.

Any of you who have read Ann Sieg’s 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing already know why this is a myth. (And if you haven’t read it, I definitely recommend it. It’s free and packed with valuable information).

The Truth: No product sells itself. Even if you have the world’s number 1 product, it won’t sell unless you market it the right way. On the flip side, if you have a mediocre product and know the right way to market it, the sky is your limit.

Just one clarification. . .I’m not endorsing mediocre products – But I DO encourage result-oriented marketing.

Another important aspect concerning the products of your next MLM Company is that the products or services must be suitable for the direct sales process in which the consumer needs a good deal of information before they make a purchase. If a product’s value is too obvious (meaning, no one needs to explain its value), you may want to move on to something else.

On the other extreme, if the product is too complex, you want to avoid that as well. Anything which requires a license or some sort of qualification to sell the product is probably not a viable option.

And the Number 1 Criteria and reason that there are no best MLM companies is . . .

. . because YOU are what makes your MLM the best!

YOU must love what this company offers. It must be something that genuinely interests and excites YOU. This overrides everything else.

Your prospects will know whether you really believe in your company or if you are just in it for the compensation plan. Your potential customers will understand by your attitude how you feel about your company’s products/services. People pick up on attitude . . .and they pick up FAST!

Your belief and commitment level makes a difference. Who wants to join someone who isn’t even passionate about what they are selling? Who wants to join someone who isn’t even using their company’s products? How can you refer the products to others if you don’t love them? Did you know that most people join an MLM because of the person who is recommending it and not because of the MLM itself.

Be the one, the leader, that others want to join! Love your company and its products/services, use a successful system and teach your team to do the same.

And a final note, look for an MLM company that is “hype-free”. The more valuable information provided and the less hype, the better it looks. . .
